When it comes to creating content for the web, we follow a simple process at Attwood Digital. Firstly, we find all the keywords with commercial intent, then we optimise and syndicate unique images for those keywords, then we create, optimise and syndicate videos, then we create optimised blog posts and landing pages with high quality unique content that beats the Flesch-Kincaid readability score of whoever is in position one using this tool

Then we build links from authority websites to the content we want to rank higher, ensuring we do not transgress any of the Google Panda algorithm rules (and yes, links are still important and always will be).
We don’t always need to go to these lengths, and we make a judgement call on each keyword, because some markets are really easy to get total domination in.

Just look at these listings. Vimeo is at No.1, YouTube at 2 & 3, Dailymotion at no. 4 &5.
Their actual website doesn’t even get in until no. 6!
Add in their Adwords advert and their local business listing, and they’ve got 8 out of the 21 available links on page 1 of Google. That’s 38{4d2303c3d7018ed3e1a955ec2105d2bcecc5b881e14ee890535c5ae577f46e7a} of that market.
