The Art of Blogging for Business Mastermind Crew
I just got sent this piccy from my conference video expert buddy Alex Roberts. It’s most of the mastermind crew from the weekend of “The Art of Blogging for Business” seminar.
L-R: Lloyd Irvin (super internet marketer, ex-martial arts world champ turned trainer of UFC fighter Brandon Vera), Me (exhausted after 8 hours straight talking with a well earned G&T in me mitts), Greg Davis (super affiliate rockstar and founder of CPA network Elite Clicks Media), Ben Moskel (affiliate marketing genius, ex-lawyer from Rochester, NY), Mike Mindel (Founder of the original keyword research tool, Wordtracker), Ken McCarthy (founder of The System, godfather of internet marketing, all-round scholar and the one who’s idea it was to do the seminar), Ben Hunt (genius web designer, founder of Scratch Media, author of Save The Pixel, king of metaphors and analogies, lover of facial furniture). Click to enlarge…

It’s simply not that often that this amount of internet marketing talent is in the same room at the same time, so I shall savour this picture. Thank you to all of you in the picture, and a bigger thank you to everyone who came to the seminar. It was fantastic!

Again, great seminar Mark, I like the awesome collection of intenet marketers in that photo. I enjoyed Ben’s Talk and extensive use of metaphors – funny.

Tis a rare picture indeed. There maybe be one martial artist in that photo but there are no bullshit artists to be seen anywhere.
If anyone happens over this blog from the search engines and is curious about this internet marketing thing let me say : Buyer beware.
Find out if the person positioning themselves as an expert is doing as well as talking. There are too many people out there who have had their dreams and credit cards put through the grinder.
It is very difficult to determine who is real or otherwise. The world of internet marketing is like the film “The Matrix”.
Everything seems solid and believable…but when you buy and put it to the test…it is like sand through your fingers. The ‘expertise’ is like the air above planet Earth…non existent !
I was in the audience at the seminar and suggest YOU dear blog reader keep your eyes and ears on the people in the picture above.

What blogging website had the least invasive ads for free-account users?
Or what blogging website is best for someone looking to start a professional literary blog?

Hi Mohan
If I understand your questions right: WordPress. Every time. For a professional blog, I recommend getting a unique design on a wordpress platform, with all the right plugins (email me for a list of these) and if you really want to hit the ground running, get a copy of my DVD “The Art of Blogging for Business”

and the Matrix, my most fave film, but thats fantasy, though media studies philosophers look for..
“look into my eyes look into my eyes”, deeper meaning in it. In Little Britians blogging spheres, it pays to keep eyes wide open….Especially when Dubai’s new ventures are built on sand, and sea levels predicted to rise. As you say Chris, where are the expert systems, to see us through?
What say you Mervyn King whats the Picture, really?
