    Interesting stats. Well done.
    I also found it really interesting that the subject …… gobsmacking! got you your highest open rate, and ..Exciting News! the lowest. We’ve monitored the ‘subject title’ in our work and find that the more ‘gossipy’ the subject title, the better the open rate. Fickle people I know – or guilty?. The best one we had was ..’Just checking….” It must have made people ask, “….just checking what?”
